2. Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes! Reaffirm Vibes candles are made using clean-burning, eco-friendly coconut apricot wax and are phthalate-free. We use wooden wicks and high-quality fragrance oils for a safe, aromatic experience.

3. How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are designed to offer long-lasting enjoyment. Depending on the size, you can expect a burn time ranging from 40 to 80 hours*when burned properly.

4. What is the difference between perfume and perfume oils?
Our perfume sprays offer a lighter scent with a wider scent throw, perfect for a quick refresh. Perfume oils are more concentrated and long-lasting, applied directly to pulse points for a more intimate, skin-level fragrance experience.

5. Are your perfume oils and body oils safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our oils are crafted with skin-friendly carrier oils like jojoba and fractionated coconut oil. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use, especially for those with very sensitive skin or allergies.

6. How do I use the body oils?
Our body oils can be used right after a shower or bath to lock in moisture, or anytime throughout the day for hydration and a subtle glow. They also pair beautifully with our perfume oils for a layered scent experience.

7. Are your fragrances unisex?
Many of our scents are designed to be gender-neutral and can be enjoyed by anyone who connects with the energy and mood the fragrance creates.

8. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. All Reaffirm Vibes products are cruelty-free. We are committed to ethical practices and never test on animals.

9. How should I store my candles and oils?
Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their fragrance and quality. Always keep candle wicks trimmed and oils tightly capped.

10. What does “Reaffirm Vibes” mean in your products?
Every product is tied to an affirmation or ,positive intention—from the name to the fragrance profile. When you light a candle or apply an oil, it’s a chance to realign with self-worth, gratitude, beauty, and inner peace.

What wax do you use?

We use clean luxury Coconut Apricot wax.

What about dyes or other additives?

Our candles are natural coconut apricot wax, fragrance oil only, and free of phthalates, parabens

What type of Wick

We use wooden spiral wicks for nice clean burn.

After the candle is done

Can your containers be reused?

Of course. We hope the you would. If can be used as a makeup brush holder, pen/pencil holder, trinket holder. Once there is about 1/4 inch of wax left, stop using the candle. Use caution and care when removing the remaining wax, wicks and any labeling. Our suggestion is to gently scrape out the wax and wicks/wick stickers with a plastic utensil (discard all wax in the trash - never put wax down the drain or garbage disposal). Then place the container in hot soapy water to soften any residue and labels, and wash, rinse and dry. Note: we assume no liability for candle containers or subsequent results of reuse by the consumer, once purchased.

What size candle do I need for my space?

One candle works great in bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and typically sized living/work spaces. Larger rooms or spaces with high ceilings or open floor plans may need multiple candles for the best fragrance permeation. You can have multiple candles of the same scent, or mix and match them for your own unique blend.

How does it work?

You chose the candle and size that you would like to be sent to you on a monthly basis and each month you will receive that candle.

Is shipping included?

you will receive FREE shipping with your monthly subscription only.

Can I pause my subscription

Yes! We understand that sometimes life happens OR you are not finish with the current candle. All you have to do is pause the subscription before the 5th day. If you are are having trouble doing so then please reach out by sending an email to hello@ascentedthought.com so that we can assist you.

How can I cancel?

After your initial two month subscription you are able to cancel ... but we encourage you to pause the subscription.

Change Candle type or size

You may contact us at hello@ascentedthought.com to change the candle size or fragrance of candle meaning you would like to no longer receive the Clarity but now would like the I am Enough Candle.

Where do you ship?

As of now we only ship within the United States and its territories.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is done through our carriers. They provide the most access information for shipping.

When will I get my shipment?

Our preferred method of UPS takes between 2-4 days. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping from our warehouse.
