Orders and Processing Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and 3 to 5 business days for shipping. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. When you have received a shipping notification, please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to begin working. If your tracking number does not work, or you have not received your package by the delivery date, please let us know so we can handle the issue right away.
Shipping UPS is the shipping method preferred. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. Please also note that the transit time for your candles is in the hands of the carrier once it leaves our candle studio! We do recommend allowing additional daysin transit to account for unexpected delays from various shipping carriers.
