Refunds/Exchanges
While we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns at this time, your satisfaction with our products and services is a top priority. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a response from Reaffirm Vibeswill not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
However in the case of damaged products we do offer replacements. If you receive damaged items, immediately send pictures of the shipment box and items to hello@reaffirmvibes.com
